Who Should Apply?

Entrepreneurs with socio-economic certifications (e.g. HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, SBE, etc.) start-ups or small businesses with 1-3 years in business earning an average of $500,000 EBITDA annually; and ready for growth in impact driven sectors and federal, state, and local contracting.
