Smith Gruppe CEO Antoine Smith accepted the invitation to act as Interim Executive Director of Vision 2013, Inc. and restructure the organization as Vision 213, Inc. DBA Vision 8:28. Vision 2013, Inc. struggled with the creation and buildout of the right business model and infrastructure to conduct itself as a regional economic development authority.
Vision 2013, Inc. DBA Vision 8:28 chose the E3 CoE model by which it wanted to rebrand itself and go to market with the support of Smith Gruppe in rewriting its By Laws, creating the business infrastructure, and developing the necessary organizational leadership to pursue its new brand identity. --- Smith Gruppe was integral in both the web-design and the development of a 5-Year Strategic and Growth Plan.
